Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson became the Dean of the School at ICA High School in October of 2024. Before becoming Dean, he worked at Northside High School from 2012 to 2024 as a science teacher. While teaching, he received his Master's in Teaching from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia. He then worked on PLC teams, an organizational committee, and helped lead a motivational team at Northside. During the COVID pandemic, he went on to receive his Educational Specialist in administration from Arkansas State University. He has spent his time at ICA High School working to develop the foundational educational expectations for the school. With a focus on developing a culture of growth, compassion, and high expectations for all. When not at work, he loves to spend time with his family, going to his children's activities, watching anime, and working out.
